Course Availability: We strive to ensure continuous access to our courses, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may need to suspend or withdraw access to certain courses for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any such disruptions.
Course Materials: Course materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or modify course materials without our prior written consent.
Instructor Interaction: While instructors may provide support and guidance, the level of interaction may vary depending on the course.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment Processing: Payments for Tellosoft Media Academy courses are processed by The Rental Hub HMCS LTD via Paystack. You can make payments through Paystack or via direct bank transfer to the designated account provided.
No Refunds: All payments for courses are non-refundable. By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Please ensure you have carefully considered your purchase before making a payment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, course materials, and software, is the property of Tellosoft Media Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tellosoft Media Academy. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
